Accident History: N8JM was groundlooped in Lethbridge, Alberta in March 2004 during the landing roll. Glen and Kyle Eaton came across N8JM in May of 2004 when flying N818ES from Parry Sound to Spokane for the float installation. After asking people at the Lethbridge Airport about the accident, it appeared that the ground loop was caused by pilot error of trying to transition from the runway to the taxiway at too high of a groundspeed. The weather conditions were stated to be CAVU and no wind.

There appeared to be extensive damage to the left wingtip, left main gear and the propellor upon our visual inspection. Below is the report from Canada Transportation Safety Board:
